Well another cold day here at TTPHC and sorry this post will be a bit short as i tried to slice the top off two of my fingers while crafting so will be going to minor injuries tomorrow (Monday) to get it sorted so apologies for being short and sweet.  But its difficult typing with two sausage fingers...lol

I'm married to a retired Marine (the love of my life!), mother to two wonderful boys (ages 13 and 4), and an English teacher at an alternative school for grades 7-12 in my hometown of Batesville, Arkansas.  I've been scrapbooking since my oldest was about three or four years old and discovered card making and altering items a few years ago.  I mainly use some generic markers or colored pencils when coloring my images; just haven't made the jump into Copics or Letraset markers, but I'm sure I will soon.  I love traveling, having visited over half the states in the U.S. and twelve foreign countries.  My other hobbies include reading, photography, NASCAR, NFL (Dallas Cowboys), and Arkansas Razorbacks football & basketball.  One of these days, my husband and I plan to do the "NASCAR tour" by RV!  I am SUPER excited to be on the DT at Through the Purple Haze, and I think there are many days that I am in the "purple haze"!!!

I am a stay at home mum of 2 from Liverpool. my daughter Emilee is 11 and my son Joseph is 8 and they are my world, along with my other half Steven and my dogs and cat. I love crafting and have been card making and scrapbooking since Joseph was born in 2002. I love using my Silhouette and my cricut along with mainly digital images and papers to create my cards. I am a messy crafter and I have to have everything out in front of me so most of the time my craft room is a bin...I know where everything is though and that's the way I like it.
